Ingredients:

Directions:
Ingredients Quantity 4xQuantity Flour 1 cup 4 cups Sugar 2 cups 8 cups
Unsweetened cocoa 3/4 cup 3 cups (8 oz) Salt 1/2 tsp 2 tsp Shortening
(butter-flavored 1 cup 4 cups is best)
Yield (dry mix) 4 1/2 cups 18 cups
Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Store in moistureproof,
airtight containers at room temperature for up to 6 months.
Use instructions: Small Original Eggs 2 4 Vanilla 1 tsp 1 tsp Dry mix
2 1/4 cups 4 1/2 cups Chopped nuts 1/2 cup 1 cup
Yield 12 brownies 24 brownies
Combine eggs and vanilla, beat until foamy. Add dry mix and stir
until well blended. Pour into an 8 by 8-inch greased pan (9 by
13-inch pan for larger batch). Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool and
serve plain or frosted.
