Lowcal Chocolate Cake Amended

Flour 1/8

Granulated fructose 1/4
c
Honey 2/3
c
Unsweetened cocoa 1 1/2
ts
Baking soda 1/2
ts
Salt 1
c
Low fat milk (1%) 1/3
c
Veg oil 1/8
c
WonderFree fat substitute 1
Egg plus 1
Egg white
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13 X 9" cake pan with non-stick cooking
spray and flour it. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat
until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let
cool.
Or make a dozen cupcakes: 20 minutes at 350.
