Light Peaches and Cream Pie

all-purpose flour 1/8

egg whites,

nonfat sour cream 2

margarine,
low-calorie
Directions:
* Peel, pit and chop peaches.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Into pie shell, spoon peaches. In small
bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and salt. add egg, egg whites
and sour cream, stirring until blended. Spoon this mixture over
peaches. In another bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar and remaining flour.
With pastry blender or two knives, cut in margarine until mixture is
like coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture evenly over pie. Bake 1 hour or until
golden brown. Serve warm. Per serving: 270 calories, 7.5 g fat
