Ingredients: 1

all-purpose flour 1/2
tsp
salt 6
tbsp
shortening 2
tbsp
cold water,
more as needed
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in bowl; cut in shortening. Gradually add cold water,
mixing
until flour is moistened.
Shape dough into a ball; flatten to about 1 inch thickness. On a lightly
floured board, roll dough into a circle about 2 inches larger than
inverted
9-inch pie plate. Line plate with pastry. Turn edge under; flute if
desired.
