Flour, self-rising 3/4

Rolled oats, quick 1
c
Margarine, Promise Fat-Free 1/2
c
Powdered sugar
-----TOPPING----- 4
Egg Beaters,
(1 cup)

Lemonade,
frozen concentrate

Flour 1/2
ts
Baking powder
Directions:
Blend crust ingredients. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan that has been
sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
Beat together topping ingredients. Pour onto crust. Bake at 325F for
20-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Dust with powdered sugar.
Note: You can use granulated or powdered sugar for the topping in this
recipe. The bars are more fluffy when using powdered sugar. If you
want more of a lemon chess pie taste, use granulated sugar in the
topping.
