Lemon Pie Filling Mix

Ingredients: 2 1/2
cups
sweet powder lemonade mix 1
cup
cornstarch,
plus 2 tablespoons
1 1/4
cups
sugar,
more for sweeter
1
teaspoon
salt
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine lemonade mix, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Mix well. Put in a 1-qt airtight container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 - 8 months. Makes about 4 1/4 cups mix. Tart and refreshing for a sauce or filling.
