Lemon Fruit Pie

Ingredients:

pie shell,
(9-inch)
1
pk
lemon pudding and,
(3 1/2 oz)
pie filling mix 2
egg whites 1/4
c
granulated sugar 1
cn
fruit cocktail,
(1 lb) well
drained
Directions:
Make and bake your favorite 9-inch pie shell. Make up pie filling as
label directs for lemon meringue pie. Next, in bowl, with electric mixer
at high speed, beat egg white until foamy, gradually add sugar, while
beating until stiff. Fold in hot pie filling, then drain fruit cocktail.
Pour filling into pie shell; refrigerate pie until time to serve. Makes
8 servings.
