Ingredients: 1
graham cracker crumb crust,
or (9 inch)
baked pastry shell 3
Egg yolks 1
can
Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk,
(14 oz.)
1/2
cup
ReaLemon Juice from Concentrate 1 1/2
teaspoons
grated lemon rind,
optional
Yellow food coloring,
optional
1
can
Comstock Brand Blueberry Filling or,
chilled (21 oz.)

Whipped topping or whipped cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon juice, rind and food coloring if desired.
pour into prepared crust.
Bake 9 minutes. Cool. Chill.
Top with blueberry filling.
Garnish with whipped topping.
Refrigerate leftovers.
