Ingredients: 2

teaspoons
lemon extract 1 1/2
teaspoons
cream of tartar 1 1/2
teaspoons
soda 1/2
teaspoon
salt 3 1/2
cups
flour 2
cups
raisins
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets and
flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or
until browned at edges. (Do not overbake.) Cool on wire racks and store
airtight. Makes 6 to 6 1/2 dozen.
