sweetened condensed milk 1/2
c
key lime juice,
fresh squeezd
(abt.8-10 limes) 4
egg yolks,
separated
Directions:
Whip egg yolks and blend with condensed milk. Add key lime juice, mixing only until juice is mixed in. Do not over beat. Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell or prepared graham cracker pie crust. Chill until set (overnight is best). Top with whipped cream if you like. For a deeper filling, make one and one half time this recipe. (Historic Couley Square is located between Homestead and Miami.)
