vanilla 1/2
teaspoon
salt 1 1/2

sifted flour 3/4
cup
walnuts 1/2
cup
strawberry jam
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks, vanilla, salt. Beat. Gradually add flour. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and dip in slightly beaten egg whites. Roll in walnuts. Place 1 inches apart on greased sheet. Press in middle; add 1/4 teaspoon jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
