Ingredients: 7

flour 10
eggs 1
orange pulp & skin,
grated

tablespoons
baking powder 2
cups
sugar 1
Dash
salt 1
tablespoon
vanilla 1
cup
shortening 1
cup
walnuts,
chopped
-----ICING:----- 3
tablespoons
butter,
softened with vanill
Directions:
CAKE: Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Use electric mixer.
Stir in nuts. Shape into 2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie
sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 7 to 10 minutes. Cookies should be light
colored, not brown. Remove from cookie sheets and cool.
ICING: Add powdered sugar and milk to make creamy icing. Spread on
cooled cookies.
