Directions: 1.
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch springform or round cake pan.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in raisins. Combine buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Cut an X into the top to control cracking.
3.
Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
