Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients: 3/4
cup
Sugar 1/2
cup
Buttermilk biscuit mix 2
tablespoons
Margarine 1
can
Evaporated milk (13 oz) 2
each
Eggs 1
can
Pumpkin (16 oz) 2 1/2
teaspoons
Pumpkin pie spice 2
teaspoons
Vanilla
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, one minute in blender or two minutes on high with hand mixer.
Pour into greased pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
