Impossible Coconut Tart

Essicated Coconut,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Place all the ingredients in a bowl
and beat until well mixed. Pour into a greased ovenproof 24cm pie
dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is gold brown and
the custard filling has set.
