Honey Nugget Cookie

Ingredients: 1
cup
Shortening 1
cup
Brown Sugar 1
cup
Honey 1
teaspoon
Baking Powder 1
teaspoon
Baking Soda 1
teaspoon
Cinnamon 3
cups
Flour 3
cups
Oats 2
Eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream shortening, sugar, honey, and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Recipe did not say -- I'm guessing this makes about 6 dozen
cookies -- may need to correct servings if this is not the
case
