Homemade Lemon Pie Filling Mix

Ingredients: 2 1/2
Cups
lemonade powder,
presweetened
1
Cup
cornstarch,
PLUS
2
Tablespoons
cornstarch 1 1/4
Cups
sugar,
or more to taste

Teaspoon
salt
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine lemonade powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Mix
well. Put in a 1-qt airtight container. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4-6 months.
Makes about 4 1/4 cups of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
