Grandmama's Pie

Ingredients:
1 1/4  cups  sugar
1/2  teaspoon  salt
4  tablespoons  flour
1  teaspoon  nutmeg
1/2  stick  oleo
1 1/2  cups  milk, use some can milk
    -- (will be better)

Directions:
