Gingerbread Snackin' Cake

Ingredients: 1 1/2

All-purpose flour 1/3

Raisins 1/4
c
Plus 3 tb. sugar 1 1/2

Baking soda 1/2
ts
Salt 1/2
ts
Ground cinnamon 1/2
ts
Ground ginger 1/8
ts
Ground cloves 1/4
c
Hot water 1/4
c
Molasses 1/4
c
Margarine, melted 1
Egg, beaten
Baking spray with flour
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well; make a
well in center of mixture. Combine water and next 3 ingredients. Stir
just till dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into an 8" square pan coated with baking spray. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the
middle comes out clean. cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack. Yield: 9
servings (about
200 caolories per serving.)
