margarine 1 1/4

sugar 1
egg 1

molasses 1
cup
hot coffee 1
tablespoon
baking soda 1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon 1
teaspoon
ground ginger 1
teaspoon
ground cloves 1
teaspoon
salt 5 1/2
cups
flour
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth, then add ingredients
in order. Chill thoroughly before rolling out; cut with cookie
cutters (gingerbread men preferred!). Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
