Fresh Fruit Pie

Ingredients: 1 1/4

bananas 3
peaches 1/2

blueberries 1

strawberries 20

canned crushed pineapple in juice 2
teaspoons
cornstarch 1/3
cup
nuts,
chopped
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients for crust and line 9" or 10" pie plate. Layer banana slices, peach slices, blueberries, and sliced strawberries--leaving some blueberries and strawberries for garnish.
Blend cornstarch with 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Add remaining juice and pineapple. Heat until thickened. Pour thickened pineapple over fruit and garnish with nuts and berries.
Optional: top each slice with a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt.
