Ingredients: 1 1/4

Sugar 2 1/2

Flour 1/4

Tart Red Cherries 1
Plain Pastry
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, salt and cherries together. Line piepan with pastry, add cherry mixture and cover with top crust. Bake in a 450*F oven for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350*F and bake 25 minutes longer.
