Ingredients: 1

whipping cream 2

teaspoon
vanilla 1/4

powdered sugar 1
egg yolk
Directions: 1.
Mix together oleo and whipping cream. Then add flour. Mix by hand then chill for several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll on floured board and cut out with small cutter. (Roll 1/4 inch thick.) Dip cookies into granulated sugar and place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Prick each cookie with fork (3 x each). Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until puffy. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.

Icing: Mix together. Spread icing on one cookie and sandwich together.
