melted shortening 1

raisins 1/2
cup
nut meats
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together. Mix in bowl and add
hot water, eggs, shortening, vanilla, raisins and nuts. Stir together and
bake on large cookie sheet at 375 degrees for for 15 minutes. Frost with
favorite butter frosting.
