Canned peaches(Water Packed)
Or 4 c sliced fresh peaches 1
c
Flour 1
tb
Baking powder 1/2
ts
Salt 1/2
c
Juice from peaches or 1/2
c
Skim milk if using fresh
Fruits 4
tb
Diet margarine
Directions:
melt margarinein bottom of baking dish. Mix flour, baking powder,
salt and liquid in a seperate bowl. Pour batter on the melted butter.
Spoon peaches on the batter, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
