Fast and Delicious Pecan Pie

Ingredients: 4
eggs 3/4
cup
sugar 4
tablespoons
butter 2
cups
milk 1/2
cup
buttermilk baking mix 1
cup
pecans 1
tablespoon
vanilla extract
Directions:
Grease a 10" pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all
ingredients (except pecans) in blender until smooth. Add pecans. Bake for
about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream; also good cold.
