Ingredients: 3
eggs 1
cup
sugar 1/3
cup
butter 1/16
cup
vinegar 1/2
cup
pecans 1/2
cup
raisins 1/2
cup
coconut
Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar and butter. Add other ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350F/180C for approximately 45 minutes.
This one's good for taking on picnics and other outings as it keeps well without refridgeration. My mom always baked at least three at a time due to high demand.
