Baking Powder 1

Baking Soda 1
Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1
Cup
Raisins,
chopped

Cup
Chopped Nuts,
(walnuts or pecans)
-----Butter Icing-----
Melted Butter
Confectioner's Sugar
Vanilla,
to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until incorporated and bake in thin (less than 1 inch
thick) layers at 375 degrees until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
and the top is brown. Ice with butter icing while still warm.
