Eirlose Cookies (eggless Cookies)

Ingredients:
2 1/2  cups  sugar
1  cup  shortening
1  cup  milk
1  teaspoon  soda
2  teaspoons  vanilla
1  Pinch  salt
    Flour (enough to make a light dough)

Directions:
Mix together. Roll and cut and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (time depends on your oven).
