Decalorized Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
pastry to line 8" or 9" pan 1

pumpkin,
cooked or canned

eggs 1 1/4
c
fresh skim mlk 4
tb
granulated fructose 4
tb
brown sugar,
or granulated
sugar substitute 2
ts
cornstarch 1/4
t
salt 1/2
t
ground cinnamon 1
pn
allspice 1
pn
nutmeg 1
pn
ginger 1
pn
cloves
Directions:
Roll pastry as thin as possible; line an 8- or 9-inch pie pan (or use
a ready-to-fill pie shell, thawed). Beat remaining ingredients together
until completely smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake, uncovered, in a
preheated 350 oven 1 hour, or until filling is set. Refrigerate.
