Ingredients:
1/4  cup  butter
3/4  cup  brown sugar
1  teaspoon  vanilla
1    egg, well beaten
1 1/4  cups  all-purpose flour
1/2  teaspoon  soda
1/4  teaspoon  baking powder
1/4  teaspoon  salt
1/4  teaspoon  cinnamon
1/8  teaspoon  nutmeg
1/2  cup  sour cream
2/3  cup  chopped dates
1/2  cup  nutmeats

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
