Juice of 1/2 lemon 1

Vanilla 3

Cornstarch 3

Melted butter 1

Sour cream
Directions:
Cream the cheese in a bowl; add the sugar gradually and beat well.
Then add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in the lemon
juice and vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Add the melted butter and
mix until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into a greased and
floured 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees moderately slow
oven until firm about 1 hour. Turn off heat and let the cake remain
in the oven 2 more hours.
