Creamy Peach Pie

Ingredients: 3/4
cup
sugar 1/4
cup
all purpose flour 1/4
teaspoon
salt 1/4
teaspoon
nutmeg 4
cups
sliced peeled fresh peaches* 1
cup
heavy cream 1
unbaked 9" pie shell
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl and toss
lightly. Arrange in pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches. Sprinkle
with additional nutmeg if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or
until set. Cool well before serving. Garnish with whip cream if desired.
