Creamy Eggnog Pie

Ingredients: 1
graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch 1
package
vanilla pudding mix,
6-serving package
1/4
teaspoon
ground nutmeg 1 1/2
cups
eggnog,
canned
2
tablespoons
light rum,
or 1 tsp rum flavoring
2
cups
whipping cream,
whipped
ground nutmeg,
garnish
Directions:
In medium saucepan combine pudding mix, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and eggnog, mix well. Over medium heat cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in rum if desired. Cool or chill thoroughly. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Garnish with additional nutmeg. Chill 4 hours until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
