Ingredients: 1 1/4
cups
graham cracker crumbs 1/4
cup
sugar 1/3
cup
butter or margarine,
melted
16
ounces
cream cheese,
softened
14
ounces
sweetened condensed milk,
Eagle creamy chocolate flavored
3
eggs 3
tablespoons
cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 F. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in chocolate condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and cornstarch; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes at 300 F. until center is set. Cool; chill. Refrigerate leftovers.Makes one 9 inch cheesecake.
