Cranberry Nut Pie

cranberries,
fresh or frozen
1/2
c
nuts,
chopped
1/2
c
brown sugar 1
c
flour 2
egg 1
c
sugar 1/2
c
butter,
melted

t
orange rind
Directions:
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 1:15
Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Spread berries and nuts in plate and
sprinkle with sugar. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients; beat until
smooth. Pour over berry-nut mixture. Bake at 325 F. 1 - 1/4 hours or
until top is a light golden brown. (Do not underbake). Serve warm with
vanilla ice cream.
