Cran-apple Pie

Ingredients: 2

apples,
sliced

cup
sugar 1/3
cup
packed brown sugar 3
tablespoons
cornstarch 1
tablespoon
apple jelly 1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon 3
tablespoons
butter or margarine 2
cups
cranberries 1
9 inch
pie crust,
unbaked
1/3
cup
pecans,
chopped
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over
medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly;
stir in cranberries. Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake
at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set, covering edges with aluminum
foil after 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1 pie. Source:
