Cornmeal Pie

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 Cup milk

1 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together as in making corn bread. Butter pie pans and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees. Pie is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
