Ingredients: 2
Egg Whites 1
cup
Sugar 1/2
teaspoon
Vanilla 1
cup
Coconut 2
cups
Cornflakes 1/2
cup
Nuts,
chopped
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually.
Add:vanilla, coconut, cornflakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoon fulls onto
well greased cookiesheet. Bake in 325 defrees F oven until light brown.
