Ingredients: 1 1/2
cups
all-purpose flour* 1/4
cup
packed brown sugar 2/3
cup
margarine or butter,
softened
1
egg
* Do not use self-rising flour in
this recipe.
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Press
firmly and evenly against bottom and side of ungreased 11-inch tart pan.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or light brown; cool. 8 SERVINGS; 250 CALORIES PER
SERVING.
Food Processor Directions: Place all ingredients in food processor. Cover
and process, using quick on-and-off motions, until dough forms a ball.
Continue as directed.
