Ingredients: 2
egg whites 1/2
tsp
vanilla
dash
salt 2/3
cup
sugar 1 1/3
cups
coconut,flaked
Directions:
Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry. Fold in coconut.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for about
20 minutes. Immediately remove cookies to rack.
