Ingredients: 2
cups
Milk 1/3
cup
Butter or Margarine 3/4
cup
Sugar 1 1/2
teaspoons
Vanilla 4
Eggs 1/2
cup
Flour 1
cup
Coconut shreds 1/2
teaspoon
Nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 10" pie dish. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
