Ingredients: 2

milk 1/4
c
coconut 4
egg yolks 3
tb
cornstarch 1
t
vanilla 1/2
c
sugar 1/4
t
salt 1/2
c
sugar 1
tb
butter 2
dr almond extract
Directions:
Recipe by: Mary Spero Put milk, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and coconut in
double boiler and let come to near boiling point. Mix egg yolks, 1/2 cup
sugar and cornstarch and add to mixture in double boiler and cook
until thick. Add butter, vanilla and almond extract. Cool and pour into
baked pie shell. Pie can be frosted with whipped cream and additional
