Directions:
Combine sugar and cocomalt. Add shortening and egg. Beat
thoroughly. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and
salt. Add alternately with milk to first mixture. Pour into
well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) 35 minutes. The
