Ingredients:

bitter chocolate

sesame seeds 1

flour 1/2

salt 1/3
c
shortening 3

ice water
Directions:
Scald milk and water mixture. Mix dry ingredients, add hot milk
slowly, stirring well. Add butter, cook in double boiler until thick
and smooth (about 15 minutes). Stir often. Beat egg yolks slightly, add
a little hot filling, stir quickly into hot mixture. Stir and cook
about 2 minutes. Add chocolate, cool and add flavoring. Pour into baked
pie and cooled pie shell, spread with meringue.
