Ingredients: 4

cooked chicken,
cubed, about 1 3/4 lb

walnuts,
toasted and chopped

cup
celery,
cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

tablespoons
shallot,
finely chopped

cups
red grapes,
halved

mayonnaise 3
tablespoons
tarragon vinegar 2
tablespoons
fresh tarragon,
finely chopped

black pepper
Directions:
Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well.
