Chewy Pudding Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients: 1 1/4
cups
all-purpose flour,
unsifted

teaspoons
cinnamon 1
teaspoon
baking powder 1
4-srv pkg
vanilla instant pudding mix,
unprepared
1
cup
butter or margarine,
softened
2
eggs 1/4
cup
sugar 3/4
cup
light brown sugar 3 1/2
cups
quick rolled oates 1
cup
raisins,
packed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs. Add in
flour,
baking soda, cinnamon and pudding; mix well. Add
rolled oats and raisins; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded
teasp
oons onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2" apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
Recipe can be doubled.
