Ingredients:

separated

sugar 16
oz
cottage cheese 2
tb
potato starch 1/2
pt
sour cream
grated rind of 1
lemon,
or half an orange
1
tb
lemon juice,
or orange
Directions:
Beat the yolks until thick and lemon in color. Add the sugar and
continue to beat. Beat until fluffy. Press the cheese through a strainer
and mix with the potato starch. Add the sour cream, grated lemon, and
juice, Mix well. Add this to the egg yolk mix. Mix well. Beat the white
until > stiff, fold into the cheese mix. Pour into pie crust and bake at
350 for 1 hour, until cheese is set. Top with fruit Formatted by
