Ingredients:
Graham cracker crumbs,
pie crust mix
16
ounces
Cream cheese 1
cup
Sugar 3
Eggs 16
ounces
Sour cream 1
teaspoon
Vanilla extract
Directions: 1.
Prepare cracker pie crust as per instructions on package. Refrigerate at least one hour before filling. Use spring form pan.

Mash cream cheese with fork. Add sugar slowly, using hand mixer on high to blend. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat with blender until smooth and creamy. Put into spring form pan. Grease pan on all sides. Bake for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Oven must be cold when starting, don't preheat. Leave in oven for 2 hours unopened. Never open the oven door for the entire 2 1/2 hours. Remove, cool, refrigerate.
