Lemon juice
Directions: 1.
Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. Mix ingredients in order given. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 mins.

Frosting: Butter Grated orange rind * Orange juice * Powdered sugar
Mix sm amounts of butter, orange rind, and orange juice with powdered sugar until of desired consistency. Frost cookies. * Pineapple juice may be substituted for orange juice and rind.
